INTRODUCING THE COLLECTIVE

Our collective is a vibrant tapestry of members with diverse cultural backgrounds. We respect the values and spiritual paths of all who walk with us. Creating an inclusive and welcoming community to support the individual journey for all.

Nat Brown, Founder

No longer resonating with the religion in which he was raised, Nat’s personal quest for meaning led him to embrace the core teaching of shamanism and the Qero tribe in Peru—a teaching that emphasizes leading with love, a principle applicable to all aspects of life. Feeling overwhelmed by the complexities of existence, Nat initiated his spiritual journey by cultivating a dedicated meditation practice and exploring the transformative realm of energy work.

Adam Tessler, Partner

For the past decade, Adam has focused his career and interests on the technology space. In recent years, his passion has shifted towards spirituality, driven by a profound desire to help people and create a better world. Raised Jewish in the South, Adam learned to question everything, which initiated his spiritual path of exploration. His love for community and humanity fuels his journey, including a recent transformative visit to Peru where he learned from indigenous Q’ero elders. Adam's unwavering commitment to assisting others in creating a better world continues to inspire and propel him forward.

Mica Davis, Partner

After recently closing her practice as a play therapist, where she devoted her career to helping children and families, Mica was ready for a completely new adventure. She knew she loved playing and having fun, but her next purpose was still a mystery. That changed when she and Nat started discussing his vision for Mestana Collective. From that moment, she felt like she had found her true calling. Mestana Collective has allowed her to immerse herself in something she loves every day. Working alongside her best friend, she gets to plan unforgettable adventures and collaborate with some of the most talented individuals from around the world. Bringing together a diverse community of people from all walks of life has been an incredibly rewarding experience. In addition to her work with Mestana Collective, she proudly serves on the board of Camp Kesem, a camp for kids who have been affected by a parent's cancer. At home, she enjoys spending time with her adorable standard poodle, Captain, and her husband Adam, who keeps her well-fed when she's hangry. Adam is also her co-partner in Mestana Collective, making this journey even more special.

Mother Jaguar, Traditional Medicine Woman

Mother Jaguar leads Shamanic plant medicine ceremonies after being initiated by various teachers throughout her life and mentored by indigenous shamans she has been blessed to learn from over the past 10 years. Her high intentions and respect for ceremony honor the authentic practices and evoke powerful healing and nurturing in her presence.
